Episode 1: Four Months Later...; Written by Tim Kring; Directed by Greg Beeman; 9/24/2007
The fates of Nathan, Peter and Matt after the face-off with Sylar are revealed, as a new threat presents itself to those on the list. In other events, Hiro meets his idol in feudal Japan. The Bennets strive for normalcy in California.

Claire's efforts to keep her abilities hidden are compromised by someone with a secret of his own. Suresh is ordered to look for The Haitian. Niki and Micah leave Las Vegas. Matt makes a surprising request for help as he investigates the attacks on people with abilities.

Episode 3: Kindred; Written by J.J. Philbin; Directed by Paul Edwards; 10/8/2007
Suresh fears for a friend after unearthing a painting by Isaac that foretells death. Ando returns to Japan and makes a happy discovery. While in the past, Hiro is surprised by his childhood hero, Kensei. Two familiar faces return unexpectedly.

Matt asks Molly to find the man haunting her dreams, but the outcome is not pleasant. H.R.G. suspects Claire has a new boyfriend. Angela has shocking news. Micah's cousin Monica finds herself with some unanticipated new abilities.

A mysterious woman searches for Peter. Matt and a surprise ally go to Philadelphia to hunt down Molly's attacker. Monica deals with her new abilities and her role as a local hero. Suresh meets his new partner. Ando traces Hiro through history.

Episode 6: The Line; Written by Adam Armus & Kay Foster; Directed by Jeannot Szwarc; 10/29/2007
West encourages Claire to teach the snobby head cheerleader a lesson. Alejandro is wary of Sylar's intentions toward Maya. H.R.G. hunts for the last of Isaac's paintings with help from his Russian mentor. Hiro struggles with his feelings for Yaeko.

Episode 7: Out of Time; Written by Aron Eli Coleite; Directed by Daniel Attias; 11/5/2007
Peter regains a forgotten power, learning about the virus attacking those with abilities in the process. Suresh, Matt, Nathan, Niki and Bob team up against the "nightmare man." West discovers the man who kidnapped him as a child is Claire's father. Hiro and Kensei's adventure takes a final twist.

A look back at the events immediately following the showdown with Sylar finds D.L. making the ultimate sacrifice for his family. Nathan paying a heavy toll for his heroic act. Peter falling into the hands of The Company.

Episode 9: Cautionary Tales; Written by Joe Pokaski; Directed by Greg Yaitanes; 11/19/2007
H.R.G. plans to run after thinking The Company found his family, but Claire has other ideas. Hiro returns to discover his father is dead. Matt struggles with his increasing mental powers. Suresh meets Elle and comes to a decision. The twins are tested as they travel with Sylar.

Peter goes to Texas with a plan to destroy the virus. Niki has bad news for Micah. Hiro targets his father's killer. Nathan finds out Peter survived. Maya must choose between her brother and Sylar.

Episode 11: Fallout; Written by Jeph Loeb; Directed by Allan Arkush; 12/3/2007
Peter finds himself in another showdown, this time in Texas, where he squares off against former friends thanks to Adam's confusing story about the Shanti virus. Elsewhere, Micah asks his mother to help him rescue Monica. Maya learns the truth about Sylar. Elle tries to please her father.
