Notes:

39,603 survivors. Forty people have died since the mutiny started with Laird's death.
Continuing the "theme" of the previous episode ("The Oath") several recurring characters, some rarely seen, appear:

Narcho and Gage continue the significant roles they had in the previous episode, while Racetrack has a brief appearance.
Vereem, Gage's "partner in crime" from the Pegasus turns up in CIC.
Captain Kelly, who was once the largely unseen third-in-command and acting XO when Adama had been shot, returns first as a prominent member of the mutiny only to switch sides.
Romo Lampkin was even pulled into the mutiny storyline for a couple of pivotal moments while making his third appearance in the series
Of special note are the members of the Quorum, who made their last appearance in the episode as Zarek decided to eliminate them.

"Previously on" featured a portion of the scene in the airlock that didn't actually appear in the previous episode ("The Oath). The scene had Adama telling Lee that he was staying behind and for Lee, Kara and Tyrol to go join the fight to take back his ship. He and Lee hug.
Promos for the episode show Baltar's dream of Adama's death and Zarek's lie about Tigh being killed and Adama being executed.
Michael Trucco was in a car accident during the writer's strike. He broke his neck and ended up with a scar on the back of his neck. The writers decided to use it in a storyline which looks to have started in this episode with Anders being shot.

Baltar's Dream:
Adama stands bound and blindfolded in the launch tube. Gaeta orders the firing squad, "Ready. Aim. Fire." Adama falls.

Baltar wakes up in bed with a Six on the baseship.

Unanswered Questions:

What will happen to those who supported Zarek and Gaeta in the mutiny such as Racetrack, Seelix, Gage and Narcho as well as the civilians like Charlie Connor?
Now that the Vice-President has been executed and the Quorum murdered, who will fill those positions?
Will Roslin return to her position as President with Lee serving as her Vice President?
Why were the Cylons so willing to allow Roslin to take charge on their ship?
Is there any greater meaning to Leoben having more faith in and helping Roslin?
Will Kelly return to the brig?
How severe is the damage that is represented by the crack that Tyrol glimpsed in the engine room?
Will Kara and Lampkin get Anders to Cottle in time?
Where did Caprica Six, Hera and the injured Helo go?
Is Baltar serious about feeling responsible for his followers? Is this a true epiphany for Baltar?
Was the Six that talked with Baltar some type of healer?
Since we didn't see them actually get shot by the firing squad, are Gaeta and Zarek really dead?
