I have learned with indescribable sorrow the dastardly attack perpetrated with unparallelled dare by international terrorism on the United States of America. I condemn these attacks in the strongest terms possible.

On behalf of the Turkish Nation, and on my own behalf, I would like to convey our most sincere condolences to the American Nation, and to express that the Turkish people who have hitherto suffered greatly from terrorism shares this deep pain of its close friend and ally the United States of America and that we stand by the American people at this difficult moment.
