Colonel Fisk is the XO of the Pegasus. While sharing a few drinks with Colonel Tigh, he relates that Admiral Cain shot the previous XO in the head in front of the crew when he refused to execute an attack order on fifteen squadrons of Cylon Raiders. She then turned to him and he carried out the order and assumed the position of XO. He appears to act as a "yes" man to Cain.
