I'm not surprised that The Patriot lost in all its nominations. I was actually surprised that it got nominated and three times even, considering how much it was criticized.

It lost to Gladiator in sound, but it lost to Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon in cinematography and original score. Does that mean you don't like Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon either?

oh man i'm sorry i was a bit bitter last week. bad day or something, no i really do think those were good movies. and you are right about the being nominated thing. it was nice to see it up on the screen.
