The Patriot DVD Extras: Finding the Deleted Scenes
The second Special Features menu is where the Deleted Scenes on the DVD can be found. To access the second menu, look for the orange arrow (>) in the upper right hand corner above the menu and directly below Gabriel's rifle.
When selected, the arrow turns yellow:
You'll now find the second Special Features menu with the Deleted Scenes.
